Fandreia Bowman
Ms.Bowman attended Baltimore City Public Schools, a graduate of Western High School, has a Bachelors Of Science from Towson State University and a Master Of Science from the Johns Hopkins University. She has been an educator in the Baltimore City Public School System for 27 years.
